On elliptic problems related to the statistical mechanics of 2d Euler equations
Résumé
The statistical mechanics of 2d Euler equations conjectures that long-time behavior of generic solutions is governed by simple-looking elliptic equations. Solutions of these equations exhibit interesting behavior, some of which we will discuss.
