My research activity is centered on the study of evolution partial differential equation and partiulary the incompressible Navier-Stokes equation, both in homogeneous case (i.e. with contant density) and in inhomogeneous case (i.e. with variable density). The main motivation is to obtained global regular solutions which means belonging to spaces which are invariant with respect to the scaling of the Navier-Stokes equation.
I work also on the semi-linear Schrödinger equation and in the field on analysis on the Heisenberg group.
