Details: We are looking for a potential candidate to implement three-dimensional gridding of a discrete fracture network. The input will be a list of fractures read from a text file for the moment. The format of the file is subject to an appropriate discussion. The fracture shapes is flexible; rectangles are acceptable. Fractures will be gridded first with the boundaries of the domain that is assumed to be a parallelepiped for the moment. The three-dimensional grid elements can be tetrahedral. We like to have also Voronoi diagram if possible. The package when it is tested and ready it will be integrated into a commercial tool. Candidate: We are looking for an experiencing and potential candidate. Language programming such as C++, C# is a preference for us. Salary: Schlumberger offers very good salaries all based on the candidate’s profile. It is a variable based on the strengths of the candidate. Period: The project is for 6 months however extensions and/or other opportunities are possible. Starting date: As soon as possible. Condition (s): The candidate has to pass one or two interviews. Probably, one interview will be technical, and another one with the human resources.
