The english speaking students who have registered in the speciality Mathematical Modelling of the second year of master at University Pierre et Marie Curie (M2) have the possibility to follow and validate a set of courses taught in english. These courses are provided at University Pierre et Marie Curie, University Paris-Dauphine, University Paris-Sud, and
École Polytechnique.

This program offers a unique opportunity for students coming from all over the world to study in the prestigious Parisian school of Mathematics among the best French students and to specialize in the numerical and theoretical analysis of partial differential equations (pde's).

The objective of this second-year program is to prepare students to pursue training through research by completing a PhD thesis in academia or in government agencies, or in high-tech industrial and economical companies. The proposed courses provide a solid knowledge in applied analysis and scientific computing as well as an initial experience in research through a mandatory internship during the second semester.

Dates to register to the Master 2 : from april, 10th up to july, 13th 2012.
